Introducing our exceptional Vermiculite Coated Fiberglass Cloth/Fabric-crafted meticulously from asbestos-free, top-tier filament/texturized or robust steel wire-inserted fiberglass fabric. This advanced material is further enhanced with a protective vermiculite coating on both sides, showcasing its superior build quality and durability.

Vermiculite is a remarkable, naturally occurring mineral known as micaceous hydrated magnesium-aluminum-silicate, completely free of asbestos and entirely inorganic. This mineral is composed of tiny, disc-shaped platelets that interlock, forming a protective insulating layer. These platelets, embedded within the fabric's fibers, create an effective heat and flame barrier. Vermiculite expands like popcorn under heat, making it an excellent choice for insulation, fire retardants, cement aggregate, fertilizers, and potting soil.

Our distinctive vermiculite coating enhances the fiberglass fabric's operating temperature resistance to an impressive 815°C (1500°F) and can withstand peak temperatures up to 1095°C (2000°F). This high-performance coating not only bolsters abrasion resistance but also fortifies the fabric against direct flames and provides a dust suppression layer, ensuring a safer and cleaner work environment.

The Vermiculite Insulation Fabric finish offers superior insulation, ensuring the glass remains protected. While the material may become brittle, the Vermiculite Insulation Fiberglass Cloth withstands extreme temperatures up to 1800°F without melting or shrinking. It remains an effective barrier against heat and flame, emitting neither odor nor smoke, even under direct flame exposure.
