E-Glass Fiberglass Needle Punched Blanket:
Made from imported glass fiber (chopped strands) through industrial needle punching by needle punching machines. Due to the low single filament diameter, the fiberglass blanket contains innumerable non-circulating air pores. As air is an excellent heat-resistant medium, the fiberglass blanket exhibits superior thermal insulation and soundproofing performance.
During manufacturing, no organic binders are added, resulting in simple cost structure. Thus, it does not emit toxic or harmful gases when exposed to high temperatures, making it a new energy-saving product. Its thermal insulation effect is 2-5 times that of traditional fiber cotton, thereby requiring less space. It can be used continuously at 550°C and temporarily withstand up to 800°C.
