Aluminum foil composite glass fiber cloth adopts unique and advanced composite technology, which has the advantages of smooth surface of composite aluminum foil, high light reflectivity, high vertical and horizontal tensile strength, airtight, watertight and good sealing performance.
It is used for heat sealing veneer and water vapor barrier layer of heat insulating materials such as glass wool, rock wool, mineral wool PEF products and rubber and plastic products. It is suitable for online heat sealing of cotton felt, cotton board and cotton tube, and PEF board tube Fitting meets the heat insulation and water vapor barrier needs of heating and ventilation pipes, cold and warm water pipes, and building heat insulation, making the interior warm in winter and cool in summer, and comfortable in all seasons.
1. The anti-corrosion performance is greatly improved: the surface of the glass fiber cloth aluminum foil is treated with a special anti-corrosion coating, and the anti-corrosion performance is greatly improved. At the same time, the polyethylene hot air lamination method is adopted, no composite adhesive is needed, and the hidden danger of corrosion and mildew on the surface of the aluminum foil caused by the residual moisture or solvent in the adhesive during the composite process is eliminated.
2. Direct hot-press lamination saves the lamination adhesive and saves the veneer lamination cost.
3. The water vapor permeability is smaller, which strengthens the water vapor barrier effect: the heat-sealed polyethylene layer in the middle of the glass fiber cloth aluminum foil is thicker than the general veneer, and the water vapor permeability is smaller, so the water vapor barrier effect is better, and the glass is reliably protected. Insulation materials such as cotton.
4. Better tensile strength and more crisp veneer: Glass fiber cloth aluminum foil has higher mechanical strength than reinforced aluminum foil, and is more suitable for online lamination in glass wool factories, rock wool factories, and mineral wool factories.
5. The veneer is smoother, which reduces the probability of damagto the surface of the aluminum foil: the fiberglass cloth aluminum foil has a finer cloth and a thick polyethylene layer, so the veneer is smoother, and the surface of the aluminum foil is not easily damaged by friction, thus better functions as a water vapor barrier .
