Product Description

Coated glass fiber cloth is a composite material made by coating one or more layers of different materials on the basis of glass fiber cloth through special processes.
Usually, glass fibers are first made into glass fiber cloth through textile processes, and then the appropriate coating process is selected according to different coating materials and performance requirements. Common coating methods include impregnation method, spraying method, and scraping method, etc. For example, PTFE-coated glass fiber cloth is generally made by impregnation method, where the glass fiber cloth is immersed in PTFE resin solution to fully absorb the resin, and then through drying, sintering and other processes, a uniform and firm coating is formed on the surface of the glass fiber cloth.
