PU Coated Stainless Steel Wire Inserted Fiberglass Fabric is produced by Steel Wire Reinforced Filament /Texturized Fiberglass Fabric with PU resin coating on one side or both sides. We can add Alum powder to increase its fire proof performance and heat reflection performance.
The fiberglass fabric is normally dusted and easy to disperse when something sharp plug in, even human finger. And after cutting the fiberglass fabric without coating will be raw edge with many small fibers spread. With the advantage of PU coating, these issues will be fixed. And PU coating also brings higher tensile strength, tear strength, tensile modulus, higher surface anti-abrasion performance. Also make fabric fire proof, water proof, good chemical resistant, smoke impassability, protection from spark and easy to cut .
It is widely used for All types of thermal insulation and heat protection. Pipe connecting in many industries, Non-metallic compensator and expansion joints. Furnace curtains, welding curtains, welding blankets and fire blankets. Protective air cargo covers; noise control barriers. 1.The sample fee is free of charge, but shipping charges will be incurred. For custom samples: a sample fee is required, but if we fixed official orders later, we will refund the fee.
2.Regarding the sampling time, for existing samples, it usually takes 1 to 2 days; for custom samples, it requires 7 to 10 days.
3.The production lead time and minimum order quantity require 15 to 30 days.
4.The transportation cost depends on the quantity of the order and the mode of transportation! And the mode of transportation depends on you. We can show our charges for your reference. You can choose the cheapest mode of transportation.
